Are you currently working as an Equine Groom and interested in a career in horseracing? Or maybe you are looking to return to racing after a break?

We’re building a talent pool of motivated individuals looking to take the next step into the industry. We have top racehorse trainers waiting to hear from you.   It’s an opportunity to be supported, assessed, and matched with suitable roles as they become available. 

Who are we? 

Careersinracing is a Brand of the British Horseracing Authority, the Governing body of horseracing in Britian.  We work with employers, training providers and other industry bodies to promote the opportunities to train and work in horseracing.
