Are you not receiving EEA emails ?
If you have a hotmail or outlook email address you need to follow these steps to ensure you receive EEA emails and your forgotten login details emails.
For reasons that we simply don't understand, hotmail and outlook email accounts require you to add the following email addresses to your safe senders listings:
membership@equestrianemployers.org.uk
info@equestrianemployers.org.uk
These are the steps to do this:
1. Click on the 'Settings icon' and select Options
2. Select 'Safe senders' from the left hand column and then add the email addresses in and click save
3. Then select filters and reporting and ensure the settings are as per below.
